A teenager was charged after he fled from law enforcement on North Drive in Hopkinsville Monday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they attempted to stop an SUV near the intersection of West 15th Street, and the driver fled, reaching speeds of over 60 mph before turning onto Park Avenue.
The driver and two other juveniles reportedly fled on foot, but the driver and one passenger were quickly apprehended.
They are facing charges of fleeing or evading police, and more charges are pending.
