A Hopkinsville man was charged after he was allegedly found naked in a parking lot on Canton Street Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 50-year-old Terry Holman who was naked between two vehicles and claimed he took his clothing off due to it being wet.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree indecent exposure.
