Leonard F. Cutter, age 84, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Bradford Heights Nursing and Rehab of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Leonard was born in Maine on October 18, 1939, the son of the late Author Cutter and Mary Reidy. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from the YMCA in Haverhill, MA, as their maintenance man. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his two brothers, James Cutter and George Cutter; and his two sisters, Winiford Cutter and Mary Cutter.
Survivors include his son, Jeffery (Lisa) Cutter, of Eddyville KY; his daughters, Amanda Cutter of Hopkinsville, Amy Cutter of Lowell, MA, Tricia Cutter-Furtado of Plam Bay, FL, and Kristin Cutter of Derry, New Hampshire; his eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
