Dolly L. Parker, age 85, of Hopkinsville, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center of natural causes. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home with burial to follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Parker was born in Ft. Benjamin Harrison, IN on October 8, 1938, the daughter of the late Johnny and Dolly Beasley Branson. Dolly was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sons, Michael Chase and David Chase.
Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Gary Parker of Hopkinsville; her sons, Gary Parker, Jr. (Cindy) of Hopkinsville, Todd Parker (Pam) of Hopkinsville, and Jeffery Daniel Parker (Lisa) of Hopkinsville; her daughters, Sherry Crunk (Joe) of Florida, and Gina Tornatore of Hopkinsville; 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
