
A Hopkinsville man was charged with assault after an altercation in Hopkinsville Wednesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 54-year-old Victor Hernandez physically assaulted someone and cut their hand with a knife.
Police say he also held the knife to the person’s throat and threatened to kill them and himself.
He was arrested on a warrant Thursday, charging him with second-degree assault, third-degree terroristic threatening, and menacing.
