A Hopkinsville man was charged with possession of drugs after being stopped on a bicycle on West 2nd Street Monday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 56-year-old Roderick Hayes because his bicycle did not have proper safety equipment to make him visible at night.
During the stop, he was reportedly found to have two glass pipes with suspected meth inside them.
He was arrested and charged with possession of meth and failure to comply with bicycle safety regulations.
