A national bank with a presence in Hopkinsville is shrinking its local branch count, yet again.
In a letter sent to clients, dated Friday, October 18th, U.S. Bank District Manager Derek Hamer shared that the downtown Hopkinsville location at 1101 South Main Street would close on January 22, 2025.
This comes after the bank had four branches in the city limits with locations on West Seventh Street and Lafayette Road preceding this closure. The bank at 4159 Fort Campbell Boulevard will remain open.
