A Cadiz woman was charged with burglary after an altercation with her daughter on Hickory Lane Thursday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called for 57-year-old Leigh Daily, who was intoxicated, damaged a door, and entered a home attempting to strangle her daughter.
Daily had reportedly already fled the area before law enforcement arrived but was found at her home and arrested on the charge of second-degree burglary.
