A Cadiz man was charged with possession of drugs after he was found sleeping in a running vehicle on Rockcastle Road Tuesday night.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they got out with a running vehicle that was on an access road by the water and found 33-year-old Keith Chapman in the driver seat asleep.
As he woke up, Deputies say he was found to have a glass pipe and suspected meth in his hand.
4.8 grams of suspected meth were reportedly found and sent to the Kentucky State Police lab for testing.
Chapman was arrested and charged with possession of meth second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
