A Hopkinsville woman was allegedly assaulted at a home on North Vine Street Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say someone she was In a relationship with punched her and then choked her during some kind of altercation.
No arrest has been made but the report lists the charges as first-degree strangulation and fourth-degree assault.
