A Springfield, Massachusetts, woman was charged with trafficking ecstasy in Hopkinsville Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they stopped an SUV driven by 31-year-old Janette Thach for speeding, and during the stop, she retrieved her insurance information from her glove box that had marijuana in view of the officer. After a search of her belongings, more marijuana, wrapping papers, a scale, and more than 20 ecstasy pills were found in her possession.
She was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of marijuana, trafficking date rape drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
