A traffic stop on Interstate 24 in Christian County led to drug charges for an Alabama man Thursday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 35-year-old Kevin Hennessey, of Phenix City, for a problem with his registration plate and during the stop, he admitted to having drugs in the vehicle.
Meth and a glass pipe were reportedly found. He was arrested and charged with improper display of a registration plate and possession of meth.
