Linda Lee Porter, age 80, of Princeton, passed away Friday, December 13, 2024, at Cardwell Hospital in Princeton of natural causes.
Graveside Services will be at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 16, 2024, at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton with burial to follow. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Mrs. Porter was born in Princeton, KY March 12, 1944, the daughter of the late Leslie and Francis “Mother” Oliver Patterson. Linda worker for over 25 years at Princeton Health and Rehab Center as a CNA. She was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, William “Bill” Porter in 2017; her infant daughter, Janet Lee Porter; her brothers, Thomas, William and James Patterson; her sisters, Mildred Cooper, Pat Sewell, Shelby Lubben and Jo Ann Blackburn.
Survivors include her daughter, Amy (Donnie) Hancock of Princeton; her sister, Ginny Craft (Jerry) of Cadiz; her granddaughter, Kaylee Hancock and great-grandson, Ezra Tyler.
