According to ClarksvilleNow.com, Bella’s Closet came about when a couple of friends — Cynthia Pitts and Carolyn Watson — were out for a walk back in 2019.
The more the both of them talked about the idea of free clothing for women in, and seeking, gainful employment, the more the idea grew.
In this endeavor, the successful organization typically seeks donations for new or gently used women’s clothing.
Bella’s Closet is located at 108 Kraft Street in Clarksville.
