A couple from Murray celebrated the arrival of their third child on New Year’s Day, marking the first birth of 2025 at Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
Zack and Kate Eells welcomed a 7-pound; 12-ounce baby boy, Rome Tyler Eells, who was 20 inches long. The Eells welcomed Rome at 6:34 AM on January 1st with Dr. Karla Turley, OB/GYN of Women’s Health of Murray delivering. Dr. Turley has delivered all three of the Eells children.
The couple received various gifts from the hospital for being the first baby of the New Year. The Eells family looks forward to starting the year by welcoming Rome to the world and introducing him to big sisters, four-year-old Ivy, and two-year-old Emmy.
