Looking to improve services and better meet the needs of the community, officials with the City of Hopkinsville announced Thursday the continuance of quarterly customer satisfaction surveys.
Participation during the October 2024 survey was appreciated, and was used to assess Community Development Services (CDS).
This month, the city is highlighting the work of the Hopkinsville Fire and EMS department.
As such, community members are invited to share their experiences and to let official know what is working well, and what can be done to better serve Hopkinsville’s growing needs.

The survey is open throughout the month of January, and all feedback collected will be carefully reviewed to help guide future improvements.
