A Hopkinsville woman was charged with not complying with the sex offender registry on North Main Street Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they arrested 38-year-old Elizabeth Bagwell at the Manhattan Motel after they were alerted she was non-compliant.
She is charged with failure to comply with sex offender registration.
