A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary at the Fairview Inn on North Main Street Monday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 22-year-old Malik Miller who broke into a vacant room and was staying in the room.
The window was reportedly found damaged along with damage from fires started in the room.
He was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and charged with third-degree burglary.
