Oak Grove officials have announced that the highly-anticipated “Spring into Summer Salutes Ft. Campbell Festival” will have multi-platinum country music superstar Brantley Gilbert as its headlining performer.
He will take the Viceroy stage at 7 PM Saturday, May 24, in hopes of delivering an unforgettable evening of music and entertainment.
Recognized as an international and regional award-winning festival that brings together families, service members, and the community, Spring into Summer Salutes Ft. Campbell is in its 18th year, and continues to grow as one of the premier festivals in the area blending live music, family-friendly activities, and heartfelt tributes to troops.
Gilbert is considered one of the godfathers of the country’s modern rock-and-rap edge, and throughout his career has managed more than 8.3 billion streams. He’s currently boasting back-to-back platinum albums, and the ACM, CMA, and AMA award winner recently released his seventh studio album “Tattoos,” which brings another full-spectrum soundtrack to modern country life.
He has seven No. 1 hits, including “Bottoms Up,” “One Hell of an Amen,” and “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” and his passionate performances echo deeply with fans across the nation, making him the perfect artist to headline this year’s festival.
Traci Cunningham, Oak Grove Tourism’s executive director, said having an artist of Brantley’s caliber join them this year is “a true honor, and they know his performance will be a highlight for all attendees.
The festival will take place on May 24-25 at 101 Walter Garrett Lane in Oak Grove.
