Leadership from Prizer Point Marina & Resort Kentucky Lakes KOA announced last week the forming of a new partnership — one that will bring a local, unique dining experience to the waterfront of Lake Barkley.
Building on the success of their popular food truck and standalone brick-and-mortar near I-24, No Way José will open a unique location called “On the Pier,” as the first Mexican restaurant on the water in the region.
Tiffany Vaughn, operations director at Prizer Point, said the two partners saw a clear opportunity to enhance guest experiences — by expanding from limited Saturday visits to a full-service waterfront location.
The restaurant will operate during resort hours, offering authentic Mexican cuisine alongside stunning lake views for guests and visitors alike.
Set to arrive this spring, No Way José “On the Pier” will have a full menu of their signature dishes, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas and fresh-made guacamole, alongside a vibrant atmosphere that celebrates the best of lakeside living.
