A Hopkinsville man was charged with tearing down a street sign on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 40-year-old Brandon Smith was seen on city cameras tearing down a street sign.
He was located by law enforcement then arrested and charged with first-degree criminal mischief
