
A Hopkinsville man was charged with drug possession after he was found blocking a business parking lot on Canton Pike Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for 28-year-old Ian Livingston, who was in a vehicle that was blocking a business, and found him under the influence of some kind of substance. Police say he was found to have a bag containing suspected meth.
He was arrested and charged with no operator’s license, public intoxication, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
