A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary on Michelle Court Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say at 5:30 am they were called for 44-year-old Charles Adkins who had used a screwdriver to open the door to the home violating a domestic violence order.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
