A fire on Lafayette Street at Wharton Road damaged the home and displaced a family Sunday night.
Cadiz Fire Chief Josh Holley says smoke was coming from the house when they arrived and found a fire in the living room. Everyone was able to get out of the home uninjured, but due to the damage, the family will be temporarily displaced.
The cause of the fire has not been determined.
Cadiz firefighters were assisted by Montgomery and East Golden Pond fire departments.
