The National Weather Service says Western Kentucky could receive at least four inches of snow during the next 24 hours, and bitter-cold temperatures will follow.
National Weather Service Forecaster Justin Gibbs says a Winter Storm Warning is in effect for all of Western Kentucky from noon today until 9:00 Wednesday morning.
Gibbs says the storm will move into Western Kentucky this afternoon.
He says bitter-cold temperatures will follow the snow.
Gibbs says the next round of weather will further complicate some flooding impacting the region.
