Nancy S. Pape McCord, age 71, of Hopkinsville, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2025, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a Celebration of Life Service to be held at a later date. Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home has been entrusted by the family to handle the arrangements.
Nancy was born on November 23, 1953, in Toms River, New Jersey, the daughter of the late Irvin Pape and Caroline Elfner. Nancy was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Pape; and her sister, Linda Reeder.
Survivors include her son, Joseph Burbol of Oak Grove, KY; her daughters, Anita Marie Pillow of Hopkinsville, and Karen J. (Robert) Manson of Brick, New Jersey; her five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
