United Way of the Pennyrile Shine Like the Stars Campaign

United Way of the Pennyrile began their Shine Like the Stars Campaign with a goal of raising $700,000 and they did just that. The grand total raised equaled $704,291.50.

United Way of the Pennyrile hosted a celebration and awards presentation where many notable companies were rewarded for their contributions. The award recipients are listed below: 

People Helping People Awards:

Small Division Winner – Fortera Credit Union 

Medium Division Winner – Hopkinsville Electric System-energynet

Large Division Winner – H&R Agri-Power 

Overall Winner – City of Hopkinsville 

 

Regional Impact Awards:

Beverly Whitfield Award Winner – Donna Williams
