Kevin Don Spratt, 56, was welcomed into the arms of Christ on March 2nd, 2025.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 7, 2025, at Lamb Funeral Home, with Barney Bishop officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgetop Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2025, at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, KY, he was born October 10, 1968, the son of the late Don Spratt and Janice Orange Arnold.
Kevin exemplified the life of a faithful Christ follower. Never knowing a stranger, countless people called Kevin a friend. And those who called him a friend usually ended up calling him family. Kevin knew the value of hard work and spent his time building the kingdom of God, one odd job at a time. Second only to the Lord and his family was his love for Alabama football. While not officially on the payroll, Kevin helped coach his team to many national championships from the comfort of his recliner.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Melinda Spratt; his daughter, Melissa (George) Murphy; his son, Spencer (Christa) Spratt; his sister Jana (Chuck) Cook; his grandsons, Gabriel, Gavin, and August; his granddaughters, Add-ee (Will) Pettus and Hay-lee; his great-granddaughter, Ellee-Ann; and a multitude of other family members, all of whom he loved tremendously.
