Several fire departments were called to a fire on Donaldson Creek Road in Trigg County Tuesday afternoon.
East Golden Pond Fire Department Chief Ronnie Gray says a mobile home that is believed to have been vacant has burned and several acres of forest at the 3000 block of Donaldson Creek Road.
Several volunteer fire departments were called to help in extinguishing the fire along with Kentucky Forestry.
Gray says the wind along with the large hills in the area made it difficult to extinguish the fire.
No one was injured in the fire.
