At his Team Kentucky Update conference on Thursday, Governor Andy Beshear announced that a Cadiz woman is the latest winner of the #NewKYHome giveaway for sharing a positive photo about the commonwealth on social media.
He announced that Erica Bivens was the winner of a free, two-night stay at a Kentucky state park.
