A wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard at Crenshaw Boulevard sent three people to the hospital Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say a car was northbound when it ran off the road hitting an embankment then a utility pole.
The driver and two passengers were taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.
