A man and woman were both charged with failing to comply with the sex offender registry in Hopkinsville over the weekend.
Hopkinsville Police say on Friday 53-year-old Lisa Hill was arrested on Bryan Street and charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registry.
In a separate arrest, police say they arrested 43-year-old Fred Mumford Friday on Cates Street and charged him with failure to comply with the sex offender registry, and he was found to have a warrant for failure to appear.
