A traffic stop on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville led to drug charges for a Hopkinsville man Sunday afternoon.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Jordan Houchens for a seat belt violation near the Christian County courthouse.

During the stop, he was reportedly found to have a bag containing meth and marijuana.
