A Celebration of Life for 71-year-old Louise "Weezer" Ann Cohoon of Hopkinsville will be at 12:00 PM Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
The family has chosen cremation.
Visitation will be from 11 AM until time of services at 12:00 PM at funeral home.
Louise “Weezer” Ann Cohoon, age 71 of Hopkinsville, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN of natural causes.
Mrs. Cohoon was born on October 21, 1953, in Knoxville, TN, the daughter of the late William Lindsey and Jane Louise Sherman Stickland. Louise was a manager at Max Fuel and a member of Crossroads Fellowship. She volunteered at People Helping People Bingo. Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Carl R. Cohoon and her brother, Sheman Strickland.
Survivors include her daughter, Christina Polete (Ryan) of Hopkinsville; her sister, Regina Williams of White Plains; and four grandchildren, Garrett, Alyssa, Olivia, and Noah.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Pennyroyal Hospice, 220 Burley Ave, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
