An Ohio man was charged with trafficking drugs after a report of a possible drug overdose on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Oak Grove Friday morning.
Oak Grove Police say they were called for a woman who was possibly overdosing on drugs in the back of a truck but was found to just have a severe ear infection.
During the investigation, the truck owner, 51-year-old Brandon Ford, reportedly gave consent to search the vehicle and found syringes, a glass smoking device, along with several items with a substance believed to be heroin on them.
Ford was arrested and charged with trafficking heroin, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
