Memorial services for 60-year-old Christopher Cunningham of Hopkinsville will be Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home.
Inurnment will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the service.
He was born in Cadiz, KY on January 31, 1965 the son of Judy Duncan Cunningham of Hopkinsville and the late John William Cunningham. Chris was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Following his service to our country, he went on to service as a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service before going to work for TGASK.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his foster parents: Rev. Albert and Ruth Evans; and Rev. Bob Lawrence.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his sons: Kyle (Allegra) Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY and Kameron Cunningham of Pembroke, KY; his siblings: Teresa Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY, Dale Cunningham Hopkinsville, KY, Tim Cunningham of Hopkinsville, KY, Kim (Kevin) Covington of Pembroke, KY, and Susan (Michael) Thomas of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren: Marshall Cunningham and Presley Cunningham; and his significant other: Debbie Pool.
