There will be no services for 89-year-old Elizabeth Ann Lacy Bailey, of Cadiz.
King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include:
Daughters, Beth Boren (David), of Cadiz, and Jo Vasquez (Tim), of Clarksville, Tennessee;
One grandson and one great grandson.
She was born February 7, 1936, in Oak Grove, to late Shepherd Haynes Lacy and Mabel Bagby Lacy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Major Lee “Bill” Bailey, and one brother, Shepherd Haynes, Lacy, Jr.
She died Monday, March 24, 2025, at her home.
She was a member of the Flat Lick Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Hopkinsville, and was a retired civil servant from Fort Campbell.
She was an avid gardener, loved to watch birds and being outdoors.
