Cecilia “Lori” Moore, 47, of Nortonville, KY, died at 12:41 p.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the University of Louisville Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2025, Dogwood of Crofton with Rev. Michael Orten to officiate. Burial will follow at Ridgetop Cemetery. Family Visitation will be from 4:00-5:00 p.m., and visitation for the public from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Dogwood of Crofton. Dogwood Funerals & Cremations of Crofton is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, she was born June 17, 1977, the daughter of Michael Wolfe and Cecilia Payton. She worked for UPS and considered Truth Apostolic Church in Madisonville, KY, her home church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Nicholas Michael Payton, and uncle Kenneth Payton
Survivors include her children: Jessica (Heath) Travis, Aubree Moore, and Ricky Moore III; her grandchildren: Juliana Travis and Kaden Travis; her father: Michael Wolfe; her mother: Cecilia Payton; her step-mother: Phyllis Kennedy; her three step-siblings; her brother: Vincent Wolfe; her uncle: Frank Payton; her aunt: Terri Wolfe-Sampson; and her grandmother: Irene J Dunn.
