Officials with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet have rescheduled the start of a daytime closure for the Little River Bridge on U.S. 68-Business/Canton Road in Trigg County — now planned to begin April 7.
The bridge is located at the 1.615-mile marker near Cadiz City Park at the west-edge of downtown Cadiz.
A crew plans to use a long-reach excavator to remove debris lodged against bridge.
The closure is now tentatively scheduled from 8:30 AM until 2:30 PM weekdays from Monday, April 7, to Friday, April 11, weather permitting.
There will be no closures on Saturday and Sunday.
Motorists may self-detour via KY 139/South Road and U.S. 68/Bypass Road.
