A memorial in honor of nine Fort Campbell soldiers who died when two Blackhawk helicopters crashed in 2023 will be dedicated Saturday at the new Trigg County Veterans Park.
Trigg County Veterans Memorial Committee member Gi Gi Moore said the new memorial will be unveiled Saturday morning at 10:00 to commemorate the second anniversary of the crash.

Audio Playerclick to download audioThe ceremony will take place at 10:00 Saturday morning at the Trigg County Veterans Memorial Park off U.S. 68 near the intersection with KY 272. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to the Trigg County Senior Citizens Center on Joy Lane in Cadiz.
