Funeral services for 94 year old George William “Bill” McCraw of Gracey will be held Saturday, April 12 2025 at 4:00 p.m. at King’s Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the McCraw Cemetery. King’s Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at King’s Funeral Home.

George William “Bill” McCraw was born in Hopkinsville, KY on July 21, 1930 to Dan Monroe McCraw and Mavis Louise Mullins McCraw. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his step mother, Hazel Lee Utley McCraw; five brothers, James McCraw, Frank McCraw, Sid McCraw, Wadell McCraw and Jerry McCraw; two sisters, Juanita Jones and Marie Flood
George William “Bill” McCraw died on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at Bradfords Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation in Hopkinsville, KY.
Bill and Marci spent six months in Pau Pau New Guinea as Missionaries with Wycliffe Associates in 2000 and then served another six months in Sudan as Missionaries. Bill owned his own Auto Repair Business from 1957-1989 before retiring. After retiring his two oldest sons, Scott and Jeff took over the business until their retirement in January 2023. He loved his family and his church family and enjoyed working from home. Bills famous quote was “If I Can’t Fix it, it ain’t broke.
