Christian County Emergency officials are beginning to formulate a recovery plan after nearly 14 inches of rain resulted in massive flooding in Hopkinsville, Oak Grove, and all parts of the county.
Christian County Judge Executive Jerry Gilliam says they transitioned to the recovery phase Saturday night when Emergency Manager Randy Graham deactivated the Emergency command.
