John Godsey Cavalcade Circle water rescue
Two women were rescued from their SUV after driving into high water on Cavalcade Circle Sunday afternoon.
Christian County emergency personnel say they were called for two women who drove into high water and were trapped in their vehicle.
When they arrived, citizens along with members of Christian County Rescue were able to get the two women from the vehicle to higher land.
No one was injured, and members of rescue are going door-to-door to help anyone in the neighborhood evacuate if they want to.
