Pembroke Receives Rescue Boat From Gary Sinise Foundation

Firefighters in Pembroke proudly accepted a rescue boat given to them from the Gary Sinise Foundation Monday afternoon.

Pembroke Fire Department Chief Nick Belair told the News Edge this boat will help with local response during emergencies.

Colleen Murphy, Serving Heros Manager at the Gary Sinise Foundation, explains that the foundation has a passion for first responders and helping them out.

Firefighters and local officials got a chance to see the boat along with enjoying a meal donated by Mission BBQ in Clarksville.
