Funeral services for 50-year-old Emily Ruth Thomas Pyle, of Hopkinsville, will be 11 AM Wednesday, April 16, at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in the Rawlins Cemtery in Pembroke.
Visitation will be from 4-7 PM Tuesday, April 15.
In addition to her mother, Martha, survivors include:
Her husband of 30 years, Jim Pyle, of Hopkinsville;
Her son, William Thomas Pyle, of Hopkinsville;
Her father-in-law, Mike Pyle, of Hopkinsville;
Her mother-in-law, Carol Pyle, of Hopkinsville;
Her brother-in-law, Bill (Mary Beth), of Hopkinsville;
Her sister-in-law, Karen (Frank), of Rineyville;
And her best friends, Cindy Stedman, of Florida, and Veronica Russell of Hopkinsville.
Brother Tim Rawlins and Brother Spencer Strickland are officiating.
She died Friday, April 11, 2025, at home after a long journey with cancer, surrounded by her family and friends.
She was born July 27, 1974, in Christian County, the daughter of Martha J. Stoneham Thomas of Hopkinsville and the late Lacy Leroy Thomas.
She retired from Pennyrile Electric as a billing clerk. She was a member of the Hopkinsville Church of Christ.
