Funeral Services for 84 year old Carolyn Burgess Kingins of Cadiz, KY will be Friday, April 18, at 1:00 PM at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz.
Burial will follow in Cerulean Cemetery in Cerulean.
Visitation will be held Friday from 11 until 1 at the funeral home.

Grandchildren – Six grandchildren, Zachary Kingins (Laura), Elijah Kingins, Thomas Kandler (Amy), Hannah Petty (Dillan), Tara Bauman (Kort Kirkbey), Jamey Guinn (Lauren)
Great Granddaughter – Mia Grace Guinn
Sister – Joyce Audas, Hopkinsville, KY
Lifelong friends – Nancy Clark and Peggy Cave
Carolyn Burgess Kingins, age 84, of Cerulean, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025, at Baptist Health in Madisonville, Kentucky.
She was born on September 18, 1940, in Cerulean, the daughter of the late Earl and Rozell Stewart Burgess.
Carolyn was a 1959 graduate of Trigg County High School, a longtime member of Cerulean Baptist Church, and a devoted mother. She was a dedicated employee of Elk Brand Manufacturing for 29 years, retiring from the distribution center in Hopkinsville.
Carolyn enjoyed working with her hands, crafting and completing puzzles, and visiting with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She also loved to travel, especially the cherished trips taken to Branson, Missouri, with her longtime companion, Charles Williams, where they created countless memories.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wallace Kingins, in 1969; her daughter, Robin Kingins Kandler; twin grandsons, Steven Earl and Phillip John Kandler; her brother-in-law, Denny Audas; her niece, Ginger Audas Scott, and her cherished companion, Charles Williams.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Lisa Kingins of Cadiz; her grandchildren, Zachary Kingins (Laura), Elijah Kingins, Thomas Kandler (Amy), Hannah Petty (Dillan), Tara Bauman (Kort Kirkbey), and Jamey Guinn (Lauren); her great-granddaughter, Mia Grace Guinn; her sister, Joyce Audas of Hopkinsville; and her treasured lifelong friends, Nancy Clark and Peggy Cave.
