Diabetes Self Management Education & Support Classes

Register NOW!  CLASSES BEGAN SEPTEMBER 1, 2020.
Classes will be conducted virtually with live presentations
each week.
To participate you will need an internet connected:
computer, laptop or tablet with video and audio
capabilities as well as an email address.
Participate in 4 classes to complete the course, classes will
be conducted each Tuesday Starting September 1st.
Open to anyone with: pre-diabetes, diabetes or a caregiver
to someone with diabetes.
Class topics include: eating with diabetes, being physically
active, taking medications and monitoring your diabetes.
