Looking for New Year’s Eve plans? New Year’s Eve at the Alhambra Theatre will feature husband and wife duo Jaimee Paul & Leif Shires with two performances (6 pm and 9 pm) and a live stream option on December 31.
The show is sure to entertain with new twists and turns on both jazz and pop classics. Jaimee Paul is a proclaimed powerhouse jazz vocalist and has performed for audiences all over the world. Her debut record, “At Last”, reached #1 on the iTunes Jazz charts, and her devotional hymns record, “Hear My Prayer” garnered a Dove Award nomination for Best Inspirational Album in 2013.
Trumpeter Leif Shires recently toured with artists spanning a variety of genres, including Kelly Clarkson, Jack White, Eliza, and the Bear, Jaci Velasquez, Wanda Jackson, Barry Gibb, TG Sheppard, Kelly Lang, and bands such as the Memphis Horns, My Morning Jacket, and Latin jam band Salvador.
