NEW Bridal Show, ‘The Collective’

OAK GROVE/ HOPKINSVILLE, KY 
Clarksville Brides and TNKY Events are teaming up to bring a NEW Bridal Show, ‘The Collective’, to the Oak Grove/ Hopkinsville (January 10) area. This exclusive event will bring together some of the best wedding professionals to create real-life vision boards for couples to experience. These combined vendors not only have hundreds of five-star reviews but have been published in magazines such as ‘Kentucky Bride’! This is your one-stop-shop for finding your perfect team.
You can touch the linens, taste the amazing desserts, and smell the fresh florals. We curated this show for small-group intervals, allowing you to interact with vendors on-site, all while being COVID compliant so you can discuss the endless possibilities for your special day. We are determined to help each couple build a team, that you connect with on a personal level. At ‘The Collective’, we want to lay the foundation for a memorable celebration!

Due to COVID-19 and for your safety we have implemented the following rules for this show.

1. SMS Notification Queue System: With this system in place, it allows us to limit the number of guests within each venue, so we can keep everyone safe. It also allows you to start and go to any venue you wish at your leisure!
2. A week before the event, you will receive a custom link via email. This link will take you to our dashboard, which allows you to book when you want to walk through the venue.
3. Don’t want to book early? No problem! You can either check-in online or request when you arrive at the venue to be placed in a queue for the next available walkthrough. You will be notified via SMS when it is your turn to enter. It’s. Just. That. Simple.
4. Please note we will be following local and state regulations as it pertains to individual safety. Wearing a face mask is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED and MAY BE REQUIRED at certain venues. Signs will be posted upon entrance. If not followed, entrance will be denied without refund.
5. Entrance into The Collective means you allow our photographers and videographers to record you and could be used in future promotional material.
