Cornbread and Tortillas- Glema Center

The Glema Mahr Center for the Arts invites the community to a workshop with the artists from the folk opera Cornbread and Tortillas on Saturday, October 22, at 10:30 a.m. Cultural dance is the focus of this workshop, which will take place at the Glema Center. The Glema Mahr Center for the Arts presents Cornbread and Tortillas, a folk opera, on Saturday, October 22, at 7 p.m. This dynamic, bilingual theatrical show features stories, music, and dancing that will take the audience from the Appalachian region of Eastern Kentucky to Mexico, Nicaragua, Ecuador, and beyond.
